Key duties and responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with customers, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and executive sponsors to understand customer requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Implement strategic sales plans in alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage and achieve sales targets through effective negotiation, and customer support.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members.

Qualifications of Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

  • Proven experience in account management or sales, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
