Overview of the Role

As an Account Executive at DiGiCOR, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and closing deals with new and existing customers. Your role focuses on prospecting, client engagement, solution selling, and revenue growth. You will work closely with the Sales Manager, Presales, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development 

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities. 
  • Develop relationships with new and existing customers to drive revenue growth. 
  • Collaborate with Presales Lead Engineers team to prepare and conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and solution-based discussions with customers. 
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. 
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely and profitable manner. 

Account Management & Customer Engagement 

  • Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns. 
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and uncover upselling opportunities. 
  • Maintain a deep understanding of DiGiCOR’s products, services, and competitive advantages. 

Sales Pipeline & Reporting 

  • Manage and track all sales activities within CRM (NetSuite) to ensure accurate forecasting. 
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales progress, pipeline health, and revenue performance. 
  • Meet (and if better, exceed!) individual and team sales targets.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement 

  • Work closely with Presales and technical teams to align solutions with customer needs. 
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve lead generation and brand positioning.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • A “can-do” attitude and the willingness to learn 
  • Ability to think strategically and handle objections. 
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (NetSuite, Salesforce) is an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 

  • Revenue Growth: Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. 
  • Lead Conversion: Percentage of qualified leads converted into customers. 
  • Customer Retention: Maintaining strong relationships and repeat business. 
  • Sales Activity: Number of client interactions, meetings, and proposals submitted. 
  • Customer Satisfaction: Positive feedback and minimal escalations.

Tools & Technologies Used

  • CRM & Sales Management: NetSuite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack 
  • Reporting & Analytics: KPI dashboards, sales reports, revenue forecasting
