RMA Support

At DiGiCOR, we have incorporated our RMA Support in the high-quality ERP software, Netsuite, allowing us to improve our support standards. All our valued customers can now directly lodge an RMA Support Case through the Netsuite Customer Centre portal and can also track the progress of each lodged case with ease.

Follow the below method to lodge a case

  1. For first-time users, please submit your details in the form below. DiGiCOR then will send you the login details to Lodge your ticket.
  2. If you already have login details, please submit your RMA/Support Case via Lodge my RMA/Support Case.
  3. Click Support → Contact Support to fill in all necessary information, then press “Submit”.
  4. By using the “Filter” button located near the top left of the page, you will be able to view the list of RMA/Support Cases in different stages of the process.
  5. Display the list by clicking “View”, you will be able to view all the messages associated with this record between DiGiCOR support staff and yourself. By clicking “Edit”, you can send a further message(s) associated with this record.
  6. Clicking the “Home” icon will redirect you back to the homepage afterwards.

My system is out of warranty, what repair options do you have?

To confirm, please submit an Online RMA Request and we will update you if your item is out of warranty. After it's confirmed, you will need to purchase the replacement unit with a service fee applied, all of which we will discuss before we proceed with any action.

How long will the RMA process take?

The RMA process will depend on the service level agreement, location, and the issue at hand. We respond to RMA requests within 1 business day.

Where can I find the warranty sticker on my system?

You can find the RMA Number by locating this Digicor RMA Sticker on your system. This sticker can start with RM, WM, RB, WB, RS, WS, RP, WP, depending on your system.
